Workers at Blizzard Entertainment circulated a spreadsheet to anonymously share salaries and pay increases. The action started in response to a 2019 internal survey that found over half of workers were unhappy with their pay. In the same year, the Chief Executive Officer of Blizzard Activision, Bobby Kotick, received $40 million in compensation. When the promised action from the company did not address the wage disparity, workers launched the spreadsheet.
