Workers at SEGA in Irvine, California announced the formation of a union. 140+ workers joined AEGIS (Allied Employees Guild Improving SEGA) as part of the CWA (Communication Workers of America) union. They have filed for an NLRB election with workers across teams including brand, marketing, games as a service, localization, marketing services, PD ops, product development, and QA. This is the latest in a series of unions formed with the CWA in the USA.
