The Swedish unions Unionen and SACO signed a collective bargaining agreement with Paradox Interactive, a publisher and game developer. As part of the agreement, workers a Paradox can bargain over their pay, benefits, responsibilities, and more. The agreement covers all Paradox workers in Sweden.
