Workers at TCGPlayer (owned by eBay) successfully won the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) union vote by 136-87. It follows the announcement of the union drive in January 2023, making it another success of the Communication Workers of America (CWA) union drive in games. It also makes the TCGunion-CWA the first union at eBay, representing 272 workers.
