Workers at Raven Software, owned by Microsoft/Activision Blizzard, voted unanimously to ratify their first union contract between Game Workers Alliance-CWA (GWA-CWA) members and Microsoft. After three years of bargaining, they secured a guaranteed 10% wage increase over two years, an elimination of crunch time, and other improved conditions. These workers formed the first unit within Activision Blizzard in January 2022.
