Workers at ZA/UM, the studio that made Disco Elysium, unionised at ZA/UM Workers Alliance with the IWGB. This follows layoffs of 20 workers (around a quarter of the studio) the previous year. The union represents workers in the UK but also aims to be open for workers in Porto and Tallinn. The recognition agreement provides the starting point for collective bargaining at the studio.
