Workers organising with IWGB at Rowan, Rook and Decard secured a voluntary union recognition agreement. This is the second recognised union in Britain after ZA/UM, and the first at a tabletop games company. The deal will include negotiation over pay, conditions for staff and freelancers, and the use of AI at work.
